The Arizona Department of State authorizes the following fees for the official acts of a notary public:
Fees:
- Acknowledgment or Jurat: $10
- Notary Public signature (per signature): $10
- Administering Oath or Affirmation (per Notary Act): $10
- Certifying or attesting a copy or deposition (per certified copy): $10
- Notary Signing Agent: stating estimate of $100+, depending on packet
Travel fees: Posted to § 41-316
- Mobile Notary Travel: $0.677 per mile
Witness fee: $25/hr

Apostille Services – Fee Schedule
The Arizona Secretary of State processes apostilles for documents intended for use outside the United States. De Niz Notary Services provides facilitation of this process for our clients. Below is our fee schedule for Apostille services:
Fees:
- Apostille Processing Fee: $90 per Apostille; extra documents may vary
- Expedited Apostille Service (if available—additional processing): $150 processing
- Document Preparation / Handling Fee: $15 per order
- Return Shipping & Mailing Fee: The client is responsible for providing a prepaid return label OR will be invoiced for USPS Priority Mail, FedEx, or UPS shipping.
- Mobile Pickup/Drop-off Service (optional): $0.677 per mile
- Document Translation (if needed—third-party service): Pricing varies.
- Witness Fee (if required): $25/hour
- Courier: $85
