The Arizona Department of State authorizes the following fees for the official acts of a Notary Public:

Fees:

• Acknowledgment or Jurat: $10

• Notary Public signature (per signature): $10

• Administering Oath or Affirmation (per Notary act): $10

• Certifying or attesting a copy or deposition (per certified copy): $10

Travel fees: Posted to § 41-316

• Mobile Notary Travel: $0.655 per mile
